Baby Yadav, son of a transporter, was strangled to death in Moradabad. This has been confirmed in the post mortem report that came on Wednesday evening. Baby was also attacked with a heavy weapon. The police took the named murderer Rakesh Rana into custody. Gopal Yadav, resident of Mohalla Singhman Hazari of Katghar police station area, works as a transporter in the Mandi Committee of Majhola.

On December 3, at around 9 am, his third son Baby Yadav had taken him out of the house saying that he was going to the Mandi Committee, but he did not reach the Mandi Committee. When he did not return home till evening, his family started searching for him. On Tuesday, Rakesh Rana, who lives in the locality, told some people that the baby’s body was lying in the bushes behind the sourcing hub in Pakbada.
The family members caught him and took him to the spot. He showed the baby’s dead body to the family members and ran away from the spot. Police have registered a case against Rakesh Rana and his associates at Katghar police station. On Wednesday, the police conducted the post-mortem of the baby’s body. The report in the evening revealed that the baby had been strangled to death.
The dog had eaten the lower part of the baby’s body. Police have taken accused Rakesh Rana into custody. He is being interrogated. SP City Kumar Ran Vijay Singh said that some people are being interrogated. The murder case will be revealed soon.
Dead body of unknown youth found lying on the bypass
The body of a youth was found on Wednesday near Nanakbari village on Pakbada Dalpatpur bypass in Pakbada police station area. The police tried to identify the body but it could not be identified. Police have sent the body for post-mortem. When the police reached the spot after getting information about the dead body, people told that a truck was parked here on Tuesday night.
After the truck left, it was discovered that a dead body of a young man was lying there. The young man has suffered a head injury. It is believed that the youth has been hit by a vehicle. The police have made efforts to identify the young man by collecting information from nearby villages.
Case against dumper driver who crushed accountant
Police have registered a case against the dumper driver who crushed a bike-riding lekhpal in Civil Lines area of Moradabad. The accountant had died in this accident. Prem Singh (52), resident of Teachers Colony of Dhampur police station area of Bijnor district, was an accountant in the consolidation department. He was posted in Moradabad Sadar Tehsil. Prem Singh lived with his family in Kanth.
On Monday morning, Prem Singh was going for duty on bike. The dumper had hit Prem Singh’s bike on Agwanpur Kanwar Path of Civil Lines police station area. In which Prem Singh had died.
